startup EdTech
innovante développée par
HB Développement
, qui combine
intelligence artificielle et ingénierie pédagogique
pour offrir un accompagnement scolaire personnalisé (du CP au BAC).

Nous entrons dans la phase de
lancement national
, et nous cherchons le
cerveau marketing
qui fera décoller la marque.


Votre mission : faire passer Mentora de 0 à 1 — puis à 100.

  • Concevoir et piloter la
    stratégie de lancement 360°
    : SEO, SEA, Social Ads, automation, emailing.
  • Mettre en place les
    funnels d'acquisition et de conversion
    .
  • Gérer le
    budget média et les tests A/B
    avec une approche ROIste.
  • Analyser les données, ajuster et scaler ce qui fonctionne.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes créatives (graphistes, vidéo, contenu).
  • Construire et animer
    l'équipe marketing & growth
    autour du projet.


Profil recherché :

  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience
    réelle
    en marketing digital / growth.
  • Maîtrise des outils :
    Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Hubspot, Notion, Canva, etc.
  • Capacité à
    traduire une vision en plan d'action chiffré
    .
  • Esprit startup : autonomie, curiosité, vitesse d'exécution.
  • Bonus : expérience dans l'
    EdTech
    , le SaaS ou le e-learning.
