Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to support our daily operations by assisting with:
• Market and opportunity research
• Vendor and supplier sourcing
• Data collection, organization, and reporting
• Supporting ongoing business development initiatives
This position begins with a 2-month paid probation period with clear performance benchmarks. High-performing candidates will be confirmed as permanent full-time employees.

• Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Strong online research skills with attention to accuracy and speed
• Good command of MS Office, AI tools, and common online platforms
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
