We are looking for a
Communication Manager
to support our internal and external communication initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear and engaging content for various channels, while also managing technical documentation and internal guidelines. You'll collaborate closely with both local and German teams to ensure consistent messaging, support employer branding initiatives, and contribute to the development of training materials and internal processes.

Your Missions

  • Drive internal communication by preparing and publishing content for info screens, newsletters, and the intranet.
  • Develop content and visual assets for employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and the company website.
  • Support external communication requests by preparing engaging content that aligns with the company's image and strategic goals.
  • Create and update internal training materials and documentation in clear, structured language.
  • Support in company-wide events such as seminars, forums, team-building activities, and engagement campaigns.
  • Assist in designing visual content (images, infographics, layouts) for internal and external use.
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of communication activities through surveys, analytics, and internal feedback.

Your Profile

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum
    2 to 5 years of experience
    in internal/external communication, or employer branding.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in
    English
    .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication platforms.
  • Knowledge of visual design and layout principles.
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail with the ability to produce visually engaging and structured content.
  • Autonomous, organized, and proactive, with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
