The Role

As Content Strategist, you will be at the intersection of
strategy, creativity, and business growth

You'll shape Madar's voice, elevate our clients' brands, and craft campaigns that resonate with leaders, boards, and the public.

Key Responsibilities
For Clients

• Content Auditing & Benchmarking
  → Analyze client presence vs competitors, set standards for excellence.
• Influencer & Ambassador Programs
  → Identify & activate the right voices to amplify client prestige.
• Strategic Campaign Design
  → Translate board-level goals into storytelling campaigns that build trust and authority.
• Analytics & Insight Reporting
  → Deliver executive-ready reports that show impact beyond metrics.

For Madar (Agency Brand Growth)

• Thought Leadership Content
  → Build Madar's reputation through LinkedIn posts, whitepapers, and industry insights.
• Benchmark Studies & Reports
  → Publish "State of Digital Influence in Morocco" reports to attract CEOs & institutions.
• Business Development Support
  → Craft proposals, case studies, and narrative-driven decks for C-level meetings.
• Networking & Partnerships
  → Spot opportunities with influencers, industry bodies, and potential clients.
• Brand Narrative & Positioning
  → Ensure Madar's content reflects prestige, mission, and authority.

• Strategic Mindset
  → Able to think like a CMO, not just a content creator.
• Proven Content Experience
  → Strong track record in brand storytelling, social media strategy, or digital marketing.
• Analytical Skills
  → Comfort with data, benchmarks, and translating insights into boardroom language.

  → Understands the Moroccan ecosystem of voices, culture, and influence.
• Prestige Taste Level
  → Ability to craft premium, authoritative content (design & writing excellence).

• Bilingual Advantage
  → Fluency in French & English is highly preferred (Arabic a strong plus).
