As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior SEO Analyst & Strategist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance online visibility for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and content strategy.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for website architecture, crawlability, indexability, and site speed optimization.
  • Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on key SEO performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
  • Educate internal teams and clients on SEO best practices and the impact of SEO on overall digital marketing efforts.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successful strategy development and execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Vendasta).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with content marketing, link building, and local SEO.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with international SEO.
  • Familiarity with various CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Certifications in Google Analytics or other SEO platforms.

Job Type: Full-time
