F&B Supervisor (Arabic Speaking) – Bahrain

Salary: BHD 300 + Fixed Service Charge BHD 20

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure top-quality service, and support staff performance while maintaining high guest satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily F&B service operations.
  • Train and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Assist in inventory control and cost management.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in a similar F&B supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Pleasing personality and professional demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 7,400.00DH per month
