Sales Buyer (Téléconseiller Commercial – Agence Immobilière Premium)
Contexte
Agence immobilière haut de gamme, spécialisée dans la vente de biens premium, offrant un environnement de travail stimulant et structuré avec de réelles perspectives d'évolution.
Missions principales
- Émettre des appels sortants pour contacter des prospects/acheteurs potentiels.
- Collecter et qualifier les informations nécessaires sur leurs besoins et projets d'achat.
- Assurer un suivi rigoureux des prospects dans le CRM.
- Contribuer activement à la qualité de l'expérience client et à l'image premium de l'agence.
Profil recherché
- Expérience réussie dans l'émission d'appels (idéalement en centre d'appels/offshore).
- Excellentes capacités de communication orale et d'écoute active.
- Esprit vif, sens commercial développé et forte orientation client.
- Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques/CRM.
