Le Chargé(e) de Support Client – Solution Industrielle assure un accompagnement à distance des clients et prend en charge un support fonctionnel de qualité. Il joue un rôle central en apportant son expertise aux clients, mais aussi aux équipes internes (Consultants / Commerciaux), notamment sur les aspects techniques et
fonctionnels liés aux environnements industriels
. Son objectif principal est de garantir la satisfaction client à chaque étape du traitement des demandes.

Missions


Assistance client

  • Analyse et traitement des demandes, en tenant compte des spécificités métiers industrielle
  • Communication des modalités de résolution aux clients


Support aux équipes internes (Consultants / Commerciaux)

  • Identification du besoin
  • Proposition de solutions adaptées


Enrichissement de la base de connaissances

  • Recensement des questions fréquentes
  • Élaboration de réponses claires et structurées

Profil


Excellentes compétences relationnelles et sens du service

Connaissances fonctionnelles d'un ERP

Solide compréhension des processus industriels et des enjeux métiers
(production, logistique, qualité, maintenance)


Qualités rédactionnelles, pédagogiques et communicationnelles

Expérience en support utilisateur logiciel
