Customer Service Associate

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line support to customers via live chat, phone, and email.
  • Respond to queries and resolve client issues regarding products, platforms, and promotions.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Record and update customer data and other relevant information as needed.
  • Assist with documentation and administrative tasks within the department, including translation for customer announcement notices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Preferably with experience in customer support.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory) and either Spanish, Italia, or Portuguese, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication skills and a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving.
