Customer Service Associate

Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support to customers via live chat, phone, and email.
- Respond to queries and resolve client issues regarding products, platforms, and promotions.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Record and update customer data and other relevant information as needed.
- Assist with documentation and administrative tasks within the department, including translation for customer announcement notices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Preferably with experience in customer support.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and either Spanish, Italia, or Portuguese, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication skills and a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving.
