We're hiring – GIS Developer (Full-time, On-site in Tangier, Morocco)

M.Design is growing fast, and we're looking for a
GIS Developer
to join our
young and dynamic team
in Tangier.

In this role, you'll develop smart GIS tools, automate workflows, and create intelligent solutions that improve efficiency and data quality across our GIS and Telecom projects.

You'll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain GIS tools, scripts, and automations (Python, SQL, GIS libraries)
  • Optimize internal data processes and implement validation or optimization logic
  • Build smart solutions to analyze and solve complex data or process-related issues
  • Work with AI/ML techniques for automation or data pattern analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new features and process improvements
  • Maintain documentation and version control for your developments

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in GIS, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Strong experience with
    Python
    (Pandas, GeoPandas, or ArcPy) and
    SQL
  • Experience with
    ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS, PostGIS
    , or similar GIS platforms
  • Background in automation, ETL, or process optimization
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • Interest or experience in
    AI/ML
    (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
  • Good English communication skills (French is a plus)
