Job Purpose
As part of our commitment to growing our digital presence, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to lead the management of our social platforms. This role is instrumental in building brand awareness, increasing engagement, and ensuring a consistent and strategic online voice for our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a structured monthly content calendar across all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Monitor daily activity across platforms and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Track trending topics, hashtags, and industry updates to incorporate into relevant campaigns.
- Coordinate with the creative team to design visual content and multimedia assets.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate monthly reports, and provide insights to optimize content strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, HR, Retail) to highlight milestones, events, and announcements on social channels.
- Grow our follower base organically and improve post reach, shares, and overall engagement.
- Stay updated on emerging tools, platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in managing social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite), and analytics.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple platforms and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
