Missions

      * Étudier les plans 2D/3D et la documentation technique fournis par le Bureau d'Études ou le client

  • Identifier les exigences spécifiques aéronautiques (tolérances serrées, matériaux critiques, traitements thermiques/surfaces…).
  • Décomposer les nomenclatures (BOM) et s'assurer de leur cohérence
  • Définir les processus de fabrication ou d'assemblage (ordre des opérations, postes, outillages).
  • Rédiger les gammes opératoires / Préparer les dossiers de fabrication
  • Assister les équipes de production pour le lancement et le suivi des ordres de fabrication
  • Traiter les écarts, non-conformités ou modifications d'ingénierie (ECR/ECN)
  • Contribuer à l'optimisation des flux, des temps de cycle et de l'ergonomie des postes.
  • Identifier et mettre en place des améliorations de processus (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, réduction des gaspillages)
Qualifications

      * Compétences en CAO/FAO (CATIA V5/V6)

  • Compétence en gestion de données techniques (BOM, routings, change management).
  • Maîtrise d'Excel et d'outils de suivi de production
  • Analyse et résolution de problèmes (méthodes 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why).
