Missions principales :

  • Assurer le support technique quotidien aux utilisateurs (matériel, logiciels, accès réseaux).

  • Maintenir et surveiller les systèmes informatiques de l'hôtel.

  • Assurer l'installation, la configuration et la mise à jour des postes de travail.

  • Participer à la gestion de la sécurité et à l'application des standards du groupe Accor.

  • Documenter les interventions et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des process IT.

Profil recherché

  • Formation ou expérience en informatique (support technique, réseaux, systèmes).

  • Connaissances en maintenance hardware et software.

  • Capacité à résoudre rapidement les incidents techniques.

  • Esprit d'équipe, rigueur et orientation service client.

  • Bon niveau de communication en français et en anglais.
