- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technician in injection molding machines (Arburg, Optimel, ...).
- Good experience in CNC machines and Process Putting.
- Strong diagnostic skills in electrical failures.
- Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Adherence to safety standards.
- Strong analytical skills and quick responsiveness for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Perfect command of spoken and written English.
Challenge check:
- Carry out annual maintenance of machines in accordance with maintenance procedures.
- Repair of equipment in production lines.
- Records repairs and interventions in the maintenance log (SAP).
- Participates in the implementation of the 5S program in Maintenance as well as the organization of the workplace.
- Execute assembly devices and improvement of equipment in accordance with engineers' drawings.
