Télétravail : Possible à certaines périodes définies

Prise en charge des frais de transport et d'alimentation pendant toute la durée du stage

Horaires :

  • Lundi à Vendredi : 9h – 17h

  • Samedi matin : 1 semaine sur 2

  • Astreinte ou présence en cas de besoin

À propos du poste

Nous cherchons un(e) Stagiaire Assistant(e) Customer Success & Qualité organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve) pour accompagner nos projets, assurer le suivi client et garantir la qualité opérationnelle.

Missions principales

  • Suivre les demandes clients (emails, WhatsApp, outils CRM)

  • Organiser et documenter les dossiers clients

  • Rédiger comptes-rendus, PV de réunion, synthèses claires

  • Tester les fonctionnalités livrées avant présentation client

  • Collecter des données et contribuer aux reportings

  • Participer à l'amélioration des processus de service

  • Aider à la rédaction de documents internes et fonctionnels

  • Assurer un bon suivi relationnel avec les clients

Langues requises

  • Français : courant à l'écrit comme à l'oral
  • Anglais : niveau professionnel (lecture et communication)
  • Arabe : courant (oral et écrit)
  • Toute autre langue est un plus apprécié
