Le poste combine leadership opérationnel, vision stratégique et forte exposition client et groupe.

Missions principales

  • Porter l'offre Data & IA au niveau du groupe et contribuer à sa structuration dans les différentes zones.
  • Représenter l'expertise Data & IA en interne et en externe, être capable de "pitcher" l'offre aux clients, aux partenaires et aux sponsors internes.
  • Contribuer activement aux phases de
    pré-vente
    (P&L, cadrage, construction de solutions, participation aux soutenances).
  • Accélérer la scalabilité de la practice : structuration des équipes, montée en compétences, industrialisation des méthodes et renforcement du delivery.
  • Développer le portefeuille Data & IA : accompagnement commercial, orientation business, activité avant-vente.
  • Garantir un leadership fort sur les enjeux Data Engineering, Data Governance, Data Architecture, BI, Analytics & IA.
  • Fédérer, accompagner et faire grandir une équipe très opérationnelle, avec un niveau d'exigence élevé en matière de qualité et de time-to-deliver.
  • Collaborer avec les directions internes et le top management pour soutenir la vision et les ambitions du groupe.

Profil recherché

Hard Skills

  • Expérience significative en ESN ou contexte similaire.
  • 10+ ans d'expérience dans la Data
    , avec un rôle orienté expertise, conseil ou direction.
  • Forte maturité dans les technologies Data et les solutions IA/ML.
  • Capacité démontrée à intervenir en
    facing client
    niveau C-level.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
  • Fibre business développée : construction d'offres, pré-vente, développement commercial.

  • Vision stratégique, capacité à donner un cap et à aligner les équipes.
  • Réactivité, exécution rapide et prise de décision efficace.
  • Leadership positif, transparence et communication claire.
