Are you ready to take the lead in shaping financial excellence across a group of Moroccan entities? We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Associate Manager – Finance
to join our team


Your Mission:

You'll be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local and international standards, and delivering accurate financial reporting. This role is key to driving process improvements and supporting financial transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of accounting professionals and service providers
  • Ensure accurate general and analytical accounting
  • Manage monthly and annual closings in line with group deadlines
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for HQ and auditors
  • Ensure compliance with tax and social obligations (VAT, IS, CNSS, etc.)
  • Act as the main contact for auditors and local authorities
  • Optimize ERP systems and accounting processes
  • Collaborate with group finance teams to harmonize practices
  • Contribute to strategic finance projects


Your Profile:

  • Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Moroccan accounting standards and IFRS
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Fluent in French and professional English
