About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations on our construction site. The HR Manager will play a key role in ensuring compliance with labor regulations, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the site management team in achieving project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR functions on site, including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR matters.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
- Partner with site leadership to promote a culture of safety, performance, and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written). [Add other languages if needed]
