Jeune entreprise dynamique opérant dans plusieurs secteurs porteurs (éducation, retail, services digitaux, …), nous sommes à la recherche de notre premier profil stratégique en marketing et communication. Ce stage représente une opportunité unique de construire une stratégie globale à partir de zéro, d'apporter des idées concrètes et de contribuer directement à la croissance de nos différentes activités.

Vos missions

En lien direct avec la direction générale, vous serez chargé(e) de :

A. Élaboration stratégique

-Définir une vision marketing pour les différentes activités.

-Réaliser des études de marché et analyses concurrentielles.

-Proposer un positionnement adapté à chaque segment.

B. Génération d'idées innovantes

-Imaginer des campagnes originales (digitale, locale, événementielle).

-Créer des concepts marketing adaptés aux tendances du marché.

-Expérimenter et tester des approches nouvelles.

C. Déploiement opérationnel

-Gérer les réseaux sociaux et la communication digitale.

-Produire ou superviser des supports visuels .

-Piloter les premières campagnes d'acquisition client et de notoriété.

C. Analyse & optimisation

Définir des indicateurs de performance (KPI).

Suivre les résultats des actions et ajuster les tactiques.

Compétences clés

  • Capacité à structurer une démarche stratégique.
  • Créativité, esprit entrepreneurial, autonomie.
  • Bonne maîtrise des réseaux sociaux et Media buying.
  • Aisance rédactionnelle et bon niveau en français (anglais est un plus).
