Ecolab is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to support the logistics function with operational and administrative activities. In this role, you will play a critical part in the day-to-day logistics operations, which encompass key functions such as distribution, inventory control, logistics, production planning, procurement, transportation, and overall warehouse operations.

What You Will Do
- Oversee the day-to-day activities within the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across inventory control, distribution, and logistics.
- Monitor and manage the movement of products, both incoming and outgoing, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery to meet production and customer needs.
- Coordinate closely with the Customer Service team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, addressing any logistical issues to meet customer expectations and service level agreements.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels, prevent shortages, and reduce excess inventory, using best practices in warehouse management
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and transportation teams to align warehouse operations with broader supply chain goals, ensuring seamless flow across all functions.
- Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three or more years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Must be English, French, and Arabic speaker
