Who are we hiring?We're looking for a Graphic Designer who specializes in static ads for social media campaigns.Your role is not just to make pretty designs but to create ads that stop the scroll, grab attention, and drive clicks.

This position requires creativity, speed, and a sharp eye for detail. In static ads, volume matters: you'll be producing a steady flow of creatives every week, working fast and efficiently in Canva, while maintaining professional quality standards.

If you love design, understand what makes an ad convert, and can deliver high-quality work at scale → this role is for you.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Design static ads for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms using Canva
  • Design product images that are optimized for conversion for the product page
  • Work fast and efficiently (Static ads are a volume game).
  • Produce a consistent flow of new ad variations every week.
  • Apply marketing psychology and proven ad principles to design visuals that convert.
  • Ensure branding, quality, and attention to detail in every design.

What we're looking for :

  • Solid experience in graphic design for social media ads.
  • Proficiency with Canva (must-have).
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently while keeping a high level of quality.
  • Strong sense of layout, typography, and color psychology.
