Job Description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient
"Account Payable Responsible-ANAPEC f/m"
to join our team.

  • Ensure timely reception and book keeping of invoices
  • Close follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders ( purchasing/users/treasury) to ensure optimization of Invoice-to-Pay
    process
  • Ensure on time payment and ongoing reconciliation with suppliers
  • Ensure archiving as per local and internal regulations
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping of payables and follow up to allow timely reporting
  • Reception of invoices
  • Book keeping of invoices of Third party invoices
  • Book keeping of intercompany invoices (Goods import & Services)
  • Book keeping of manual bank postings
  • Supplier reconciliation on an ongoing basis
  • Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on time Invoice-to-Pay
    process execution
  • Archiving of invoices as per local and internal regulations
  • Coordination with treasury team for payment on time and close follow up
  • Advance payment follow up and management
  • Support in audit activities to ensure timely reporting and year end closing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
  • Minimum of one year's professional experience in Accounting is essential.
  • Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills are crucial for this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deadlines is necessary.
  • Proven track record of effective teamwork is required.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills are vital.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders are essential.

ANAPEC placement contract with a duration of 24 months.
