OBJECTIFS DU POSTE :

Dans le cadre du développement de notre département Achats et Logistique, nous créons un poste de Responsable Supply Chain Junior. Nous recherchons un(e) collaborateur(trice) rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) solutions, disposant d'une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques de gestion (ERP, systèmes d'information).

Rattaché(e) à la direction, votre mission principale sera d'assurer la cohérence entre les besoins opérationnels de la chaîne logistique et les solutions SI mises en place, en collaboration avec les équipes internes (IT, achats, logistique, production) et nos partenaires externes.

TACHES ET ACTIVITES DU POSTE :

  • Analyser et cartographier les processus Supply Chain existants pour en identifier les axes d'amélioration
  • Piloter les projets de digitalisation du département (ERP, outils de prévision...)
  • Sourcing de nouveaux fournisseurs et produits
  • Négocier les conditions d'achat (prix, délais, modes de paiement) avec les fournisseurs étrangers.
  • Produire des reportings et tableaux de bord pour le suivi des performances (KPI supply chain).
  • Réduire les risques de rupture, de surstock et de pertes liées aux produits périssables.
  • Mettre en place et suivre des indicateurs d'alerte pour anticiper les besoins et sécuriser les approvisionnements.
  • Suivre les opérations de transport et de livraison en coopération avec les transitaires et les services logistiques.
  • Générer des rapports d'analyse sur les coûts d'achat internationaux, les performances des fournisseurs et les niveaux de stock.
  • Collaborer avec les autres services (logistique, finance, commercial) pour harmoniser les processus.
  • Participer à des salons professionnels et événements liés aux achats internationaux.

PROFIL DU POSTE :

FORMATION REQUISE

  • Bac +3 en commerce international, achats, logistique ou équivalent.
  • Expérience significative (minimum 3 à 5 ans) en supply chain avec une forte composante SI

QUALITES REQUISES

  • Excellente maîtrise de Excel très bonnes maitrise des systèmes d'information (ERP SAGE) et des outils d'analyse de données
  • Compétence en négociation avec des fournisseurs étrangers.
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (ou autres langues en fonction des marchés).
  • Forte capacité à gérer des relations interculturelles.
  • Autonomie, dynamisme et capacité à travailler en équipe.
