Ce poste offre l'opportunité d'évoluer dans un environnement industriel exigeant, au cœur du pilotage capacitaire des fournisseurs.
Vous serez impliqué(e) dans l'analyse des capacités, l'identification des risques, la coordination avec les parties prenantes et la mise en œuvre d'actions permettant de garantir la faisabilité du plan de production.

Langues : Très bon niveau en français et en anglais
Outils : Excel – Power BI – SI Supply Chain
- Suivre et analyser la capacité des fournisseurs pour anticiper les risques de saturation.
- Consolider les données capacitaires et identifier les écarts avec les besoins.
- Contribuer aux études d'augmentation de capacité avec les équipes internes.
- Définir le scénario de production optimal garantissant la faisabilité du plan.
- Réaliser le capacity sizing pour valider les volumes contractuels.
- Gérer les dépassements de capacité et coordonner les actions avec les équipes concernées.
- Assurer le reporting et remonter les blocages capacitaires.
- Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 en Supply Chain, Logistique, Génie Industriel ou équivalent.
- Première expérience ≤ 2 ans dans un environnement industriel ou Supply Chain.
- Excellente capacité d'analyse, rigueur et facilité à collaborer avec plusieurs interlocuteurs.
- Aisance à travailler dans un contexte dynamique, avec des enjeux et délais serrés.
- Maîtrise avancée des outils analytiques, notamment Microsoft Excel et Power BI.
- Esprit de synthèse, autonomie et aptitude à rendre compte efficacement.
- Niveau avancé en français et en anglais.
