The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated
HR Graduate trainee
to join our
MEA Human Resources team based in Casablanca
for a 4 to 6-month internship. Reporting to the
Head of HR for the MEA Headquarters
and supporting a team of
2 HR Business Partners and the Regional Talent acquisition
, you will contribute to the efficient coordination of recruitment and HR activities across multiple countries in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Human Resources Business partners on operational HR topics
- Create and manage reports
- Create internal communications on HR initiatives
- Manage job postings on internal and external platforms
- Support CV screening and candidate shortlisting for complex and technical roles
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across time zones
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards
- Assist with candidate communication and feedback processes
- Help prepare hiring documentation and onboarding support when needed
Key Competencies & Profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in
English and French
. - Ability to navigate the complexity of a
matrix organization
and multicultural teams. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization.
- Capacity to understand
complex job profiles
and source relevant talent across borders. - Ideally,
some prior experience
(internship or entry-level role) in recruitment within an
international or multicultural environment
. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Canva; Basic knowledge of Application Tracking Systems is a plus.
