We are seeking a
"Human Resources Specialist"
for our production facility in Morocco which operates within the Norm Fasteners organization who aligns with the principles of our organization and values self-development, possessing the following qualifications.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics and Administrative Sciences, or Engineering departments of universities,
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Human Resources field,
  • Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage,
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination skills,
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Advanced level of English, Arabic and French.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure the implementation of Human Resources policies, procedures, and strategies within the company under responsibility,
  • Manage job analysis activities together with the relevant department managers,
  • Conduct workforce planning in collaboration with senior management and relevant department managers,
  • Ensure the application of compensation and benefits policies within the companies,
  • Execute and monitor reward and recognition activities in cooperation with the relevant departments,
  • Maintain and monitor information flow and coordination between the department and central HR functions,
  • Manage the employee offboarding process in accordance with legal requirements, conduct exit interviews, and ensure all necessary procedures and documentation (termination, resignation, etc.) are completed in line with legislation,
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll processes,
  • Ensure that offboarding procedures are carried out in compliance with regulations,
  • Track paid leave, administrative leave, unpaid leave, and sick leaves and ensure they are recorded in the system,
  • Execute disciplinary processes in accordance with the disciplinary regulations,
  • Report the HR metrics targeted for measurement to the relevant manager for the respective company.
