Ram-up Manager

Skillcheck :

• Master's degree in industrial Engineering .
• 3 years of seniority in the industry .
• Have a good sense of responsibility .
• Knowledge of , Excel.PPT, SAP
• Professional experience in project management, preferably in the context of production and series start-up management
• Perfect command of spoken and written English.

Challengecheck :

• Planning and coordination of production ramp-ups to the planned target production capacity...
• Preparation of resource and time schedules.
• Tracking the progress of the project and deriving measures to achieve the objectives.
• Represent production requirements to Project teams to ensure that all aspects of the ramp-up process are considered at an early stage.
• Analysis of production data and derivation and implementation of improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Identification and implementation of risk mitigation and problem solving measures along the supply chain.
• Ensure organisation and implementation of 3P ramp-up workshops.
