We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a QA Engineer to take on the following responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute the QA strategy in alignment with the QA Lead and ensure quality objectives are met across functionality, usability, and regression testing.

  • Create and maintain detailed manual and automated test cases (X-Ray, Jira).

  • Maintain and update documentation related to automation tests.

  • Assist in executing and validating new features, functional regression coverage, and bug fixing.

  • Identify, report, and support the resolution of defects.

  • Provide support to end users via the developer support channel and contribute to product documentation.

  • Review product documentation and ensure alignment with quality standards.

  • Monitor all stages of product development to identify and resolve system defects.

  • Participate in demos, POCs, and document outcomes for future reference.

  • Ensure delivered products meet specifications, requirements, and compliance standards (security, audit).

  • Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and domain experts to ensure value delivery for customers.

Profile Required

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–5 years of proven expertise in Software Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on Cloud Testing and Azure environments.

Skills & Expertise

  • Languages: Fluent French is mandatory; professional English is required (international work environment).

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services (Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Resource Manager, Azure VNet, Azure DNS, Network Security Groups).

  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and frameworks such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, Azure SDKs.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD practices and tools (Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance best practices within Azure environments (Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud, RBAC).

  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights).

  • Solid understanding of QA best practices; ISTQB certification is highly preferred.

  • Good knowledge of Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) administration (RBAC, network policies, secrets management).

  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and REST APIs.

  • Practical experience with automated testing frameworks (Java, Spring, Selenium, Maven, etc.).

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to thrive in a global, multicultural environment.

  • Azure certification (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-400) would be considered an asset.

Personal Qualities:

  • Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is required.
