Apply nowLearn more MARKETING ASSOCIATEWe are looking for dynamic and energeticMarketing Associatefor a position based in Casablanca and reporting to Marketing Manager.What You Will Be DoingAs a Marketing associate, you will be contributing by developing and implementing new product launches, creating, and actively anticipating brand activations in different channels. The successful candidate will be supporting the brand strategy by developing, planning and overseeing implementation of consumer activities across all channels and touch points, providing engaging, rewarding, and enriching experience for the consumer. You will be heavily involved in on-site activations, including support and follow-up during festivals and social events.You will be following the market trends to propose best-in-breed solution for the activations and events.Very important aspect of the role will be contribution to annual planning, including portfolio prioritization. based on company objectives.You will also be securing an effective and efficient budget allocation to the Trade Activities visibility & Activation & Developed materials and monitoring the budget utilization.RequirementsUniversity degree or relevant Marketing Degree would be advantageous.At least 3 years of experience in a multinational or FMCG company.Fluent in French, Arabic & EnglishExcellent to very good skills in Excel & PowerPointGood project management skillsExcellent negotiation skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong analytical mindset and strategic thinkingSense of accountability and proactivity is a mustAbility to find solutions and drive resultsAre you ready to join us?
