Job Description:
WORLD ÉLITE is seeking a driven and bilingual (English/French) Sales Leader to join our growing team. This role begins commission-based with high earning potential, plus performance bonuses. Exceptional results may lead to a base salary structure with commission. The Sales Leader will also play a key role in mentoring and managing other sales agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through cold calling (Canada411, telelisting, skip tracing).
- Prospect and approach potential clients on LinkedIn.
- Call FSBO leads and all inbound/outbound leads (FFF).
- Set appointments directly for the CEO.
- Manage and mentor sales agents.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with measurable results.
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
- Comfortable with commission-based compensation.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to build and manage a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and Tuesdays/Wednesdays 5:00–7:00 PM.
Compensation:
- Commission + bonus.
- Option 2 : Salary $3/hr + bonus (based on performance and progression).
