industrial networking and connectivity solutions
, for an experienced
Head of Sales Networking Solutions
to lead and develop the sales organization across
Africa
.

The company designs and produces advanced
routers, switches, gateways, and modems
serving industries such as
Telecommunications, Smart Cities, Industry 4.0, and Renewable Energy
.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team to achieve performance and growth objectives.
  • Define and implement an effective sales strategy for the African market.
  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and CRM management across the team.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to align commercial goals and ensure consistent execution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.

Profile & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Africa region experience is mandatory.
  • Proven background in IoT, Telecommunications, or Networking Solutions.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Fluent in French and English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Availability for regional travel when required.
