Lieu : Casablanca
Contrat : CDI – Temps plein
 Amplitude horaire : 9h - 21H HF / 1 off en semaine aléatoire  / Dimanche : Off

Votre mission :
En tant que conseiller en réception d'appels H/F, vous serez en charge de :

  • Accompagnement des vendeurs, répondre à des demandes d'information, réclamations


Savoirs faire clés :
-Formation de niveau Bac
-Une expérience en centre d'appels est souhaitable
-Maîtrise de la langue française
-Connaissance dans le secteur FAI est un plus

Savoirs être clés :

-Excellente élocution et sens du relationnel.
-Fibre commerciale obligatoire.
-Bonne capacité d'écoute et d'analyse.
-Rigueur, organisation et précision.
-Esprit d'équipe et capacité d'adaptation.

Condition requise : Les candidats doivent être en situation régulière et disposer d'une carte de séjour valide.
