Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area for an Inside Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating and following up on leads, managing customer accounts, and supporting the sales team. The role also includes providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling products or services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Proficiency in delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Technical aptitude or familiarity with the elevator and escalator industry is an added advantage
  • Fluency in both French and English is highly desirable
  • Base salary plus comission and bonus structure is offered for the right candidate
