Job DescriptionMultinational ICT Group based in Lebanon is looking for an ambitious Technical Pre-sales Consultant - IBM Technologies, located in Morocco.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
- Design and present comprehensive and customized technical solutions using IBM Technologies products and services. Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions on a need basis.
- Address technical questions and concerns during customer interactions. Act as a technical advisor and consultant for customers, providing insights and recommendations.
- Provide technical guidance and assistance in responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and other customer inquiries.
- Work closely with the sales team to build strong relationships with customers and support the sales process and strategies.
- Train internal teams and customers on IBM Technologies products.
- Keep the sales and technical teams updated on new product releases and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of IBM Technologies products, solutions, and services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).
- 3 to 5 years of IBM/DELL/Oracle experience
- Languages: Arabic, French, English
