Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Marrakesh. The Travel Specialist will be responsible for managing and organizing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating travel plans for both leisure and business purposes. The role entails frequent communication with clients to understand their travel needs, offering tailored travel solutions, and ensuring every detail of their itinerary is executed seamlessly. The Travel Specialist will also ensure high levels of satisfaction and a personalized, luxurious experience for all travelers.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding of Moroccan culture, locations, and travel logistics
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
