We are looking for a highly motivated
HR Specialist
to join our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, and HR processes to ensure smooth workflow across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
  • Handle onboarding & offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Moroccan labor laws.
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance evaluations and KPI tracking.
  • Address employee questions and provide HR-related guidance.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.

Required Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum HR experience (internships included).
  • Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic & French (English is a plus).
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
