About the Company:
We are a fast-growing organization based in Marrakech, committed to building a motivated and high-performing team. As part of our development, we are seeking a Junior HR Assistant with prior experience in Human Resources to support our HR department and contribute to both operational and strategic activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and regularly update employee files and HR databases
- Contribute to payroll preparation and monitor attendance records
- Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and procedures
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR Manager
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Human Resources or a similar administrative role.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Based in Marrakech and available for immediate start.
