About the Opportunity

The National Institute of Innovation and Advanced Technology (NIIAT – Morocco) is expanding its portfolio of youth empowerment, innovation, and digital transformation projects across Morocco.

To support the implementation of several strategic programs, we are recruiting six (6) paid PFE interns to join our team as Project Management Assistants.

This opportunity is designed for final-year students seeking strong exposure to real-world project execution, coordination, financial monitoring, and stakeholder communication, within an innovation- and technology-driven environment.

Your Responsibilities

As a Project Management Assistant, you will contribute to the operational and administrative success of projects by supporting the Project Manager in the following areas:

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and task coordination.
  • Support financial follow-up, budget tracking, and preparation of basic financial reports.
  • Contribute to project documentation, reporting, and monitoring tools.
  • Participate in internal and external coordination with partners, trainers, and stakeholders.
  • Support communication activities (emails, meeting notes, presentations).
  • Use digital tools to improve project tracking, organization, and reporting.
  • Assist in the implementation of innovation, education, and technology-focused programs.


Candidate Profile

This internship is intended for
final-year (PFE) students
with strong organizational skills and an interest in project management and digital tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Final-year student (Bachelor's or Master's – PFE) in:
  • Project Management, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in project management, planning, and coordination.
  • Basic understanding of financial management or budgeting principles.
  • Good organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Casablanca.
  • Strong motivation to learn and contribute to impact-driven projects.

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with digital project management tools (Excel, Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, Asana, Monday, ClickUp).
  • Interest in using technology to improve project processes.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and/or French; English is an asset.
