Job Description

  • Ensures that his crew is educated with the HSE rules and fully comply with them.
  • Assist the Section Head in every aspect.
  • Track progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports, and update project management
  • Ensures availability of drawings, information availability of materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and conduct regular site safety inspections.
  • Checks the work of the construction team.
  • Follows up the test and inspection schedule.
  • Ensure that the works are performed at the required quality standards.
  • Performs any other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in civil engineering
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience handling concrete works, marine work experience will be advantage (i.e. experience in breakwater, port construction, quay wall and caisson).
  • Knowledge of Civil construction methods and standards
  • Experience in 1st tier international contractors
  • Experience of large (above $ 120M) EPC project (marine project will be an added advantage).
  • Understanding of HSE and PTW systems
  • Good command (written & oral) of English language
  • Good communication and team coordination skills
