Exhibition Hub est un producteur international d'expositions immersives et d'événements culturels. Avec une présence dans plusieurs pays et une équipe en pleine croissance, nous créons des expériences uniques qui allient art, technologie et divertissement. Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) administratif(ve) pour renforcer notre équipe financière et assurer un suivi rigoureux des dépenses de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités principales :

En soutien au service financier, vous serez chargé(e) de :

  • Vérifier les notes de frais et les justificatifs soumis par les collaborateurs.
  • Suivre l'utilisation des cartes de crédit de l'entreprise et rapprocher les dépenses avec les relevés.
  • Signaler toute anomalie ou dépense non conforme.
  • Mettre à jour les tableaux de suivi et contribuer à la préparation de rapports mensuels.
  • Classer et archiver les documents liés aux dépenses.
  • Apporter un soutien administratif général au service financier.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation Bac+2 en comptabilité, gestion ou administration.
  • Première expérience en administration ou en comptabilité (y compris stage ou alternance).
  • À l'aise avec Excel et les outils bureautiques.
  • Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et fiable.
  • Discret(ète) et respectueux(se) de la confidentialité.
