We are looking for a skilled AI Marketing Automation & Video Creation Specialist to help streamline marketing workflows and produce high-performing video content using AI tools.

You will be responsible for automating marketing processes, creating short-form and long-form videos, and optimizing content for social media, search engines, and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage AI-powered marketing automation (email marketing, funnels, CRM, lead nurturing)
  • Create AI-generated marketing videos (Reels, Shorts, ads, explainer videos)
  • Edit and optimize videos for engagement, conversions, and ad performance
  • Use AI tools for scripting, voiceovers, subtitles, and visuals
  • Manage and optimize social media content and campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google AdWords (Google Ads) campaigns
  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies (keyword research, on-page optimization, content SEO)
  • Analyze performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements

Requirements:

  • Experience with AI marketing automation tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
  • Experience with AI video creation tools (e.g. Pictory, Synthesia, Runway, CapCut, Descript, InVideo, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, paid ads, and SEO
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • English proficiency (spoken & written)

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with paid social ads (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Google Ads certification or proven AdWords results
  • Basic copywriting or sales funnel knowledge
  • Previous work with UK or international clients
