Job Overview

We are looking for an AI Marketing Expert & AI Automation Specialist who can turn ideas, images, or raw concepts into high-performing marketing videos and scale them through paid advertising and automation.

This role combines SEO, paid media, creative strategy, AI-powered content creation, and marketing automation. You will own the full loop: idea → creative → traffic → conversion → optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create winning video ads from:
  • A single image
  • A basic idea or hook
  • Raw product or service concepts
  • Produce and optimize video creatives for:
  • Facebook & Instagram Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • YouTube Ads
  • Use AI tools to generate, edit, and test:
  • Video scripts, hooks, captions, and CTAs
  • Image-to-video and text-to-video ads
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:
  • Google Ads & YouTube
  • Facebook & Instagram (Meta)
  • TikTok
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to support long-term traffic growth
  • Build and manage automated funnels (CRM, email, WhatsApp, retargeting)
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, and offers using data-driven insights
  • Analyze performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, watch time, CTR, conversions) and scale winners

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven ability to create high-converting video ads, especially short-form
  • Strong experience with:
  • Google Ads & YouTube Ads
  • Facebook & Instagram Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • Experience using AI tools for:
  • Image-to-video and text-to-video creation
  • Ad copy, hooks, and creative testing
  • Understanding of performance-driven creative principles:
  • Hooks, pacing, patterns interrupts, storytelling
  • Experience with tracking and analytics (pixels, events, GA, GTM)
  • Fluent in English (French and Arabic are a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling video ad campaigns profitably
  • Strong creative instincts combined with analytical thinking
  • Familiarity with CRO, landing pages, and funnels
  • Experience with automation tools (CRM, Zapier, Make, etc.)
