We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Inside Sales – Anglophone
to strengthen our commercial team. You will be responsible for developing and managing sales within the region, with the goal of driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional growth objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand the client portfolio and increase market share.
  • Manage the existing sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities through to successful closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with overall company objectives.
  • Manage and retain existing clients by delivering high-quality service and ensuring excellent coordination with the Delivery team.
  • Analyze market trends and monitor competitors, providing regular reports on commercial performance and growth opportunities.
  • Participate in regional events to promote our solutions and enhance the company's visibility.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an English-speaking call center, ideally with sales responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to interact with international clients.
