We are recruiting on behalf of one of our AI industry partners, a fast-growing company developing intelligent technologies that transform business processes and decision-making.

We are looking for a Product Owner who will take end-to-end ownership of the company's AI products and work directly with the leadership team to define, build, and scale innovative solutions.

Role Overview

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the product lifecycle - from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. You'll act as the voice of the product, ensuring every feature and release aligns with business strategy, market needs, and customer expectations.

This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is passionate about AI-driven innovation, and enjoys working cross-functionally to deliver value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with company leadership.
  • Take full ownership of product outcomes - from concept to release and iteration.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that guide development teams.
  • Work closely with engineering, and design teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Define key metrics (KPIs) to measure product performance, adoption, and success.
  • Ensure products follow best practices, focusing on ethical, reliable, and scalable solutions.
  • Serve as the main liaison between leadership, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve product processes to enhance agility and delivery speed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis within a tech or AI environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills - able to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset; comfortable making decisions based on data and insights.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Notion, or Trello is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts (machine learning, data analytics, NLP, computer vision, etc.) preferred.
  • Fluent in English and French.
