En tant que Strategic & Financial Risk Manager, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'identification, l'évaluation, la surveillance et la gestion des risques stratégiques et financiers de l'entreprise. Vous participerez activement à la mise en place d'un cadre de gestion des risques robuste, et contribuerez à l'alignement de la stratégie de l'entreprise avec son appétence au risque.
Vos responsabilités incluent notamment :- Définir, mettre en œuvre et faire évoluer le cadre de gestion des risques (ERM – Enterprise Risk Management) ;
- Cartographier les risques stratégiques et financiers (risques de marché, de crédit, de liquidité, de change, etc.) ;
- Analyser les impacts financiers des risques identifiés sur les activités et projets stratégiques de l'entreprise ;
- Participer à l'élaboration de scénarios prospectifs et stress tests ;
- Mettre en place des indicateurs de suivi (KRI) et des tableaux de bord pour piloter les risques ;
- Collaborer avec les départements Finance, Audit, Juridique, Compliance et les directions opérationnelles ;
- Accompagner les instances de gouvernance dans la prise de décision (comité des risques, comité stratégique) ;
- Réaliser une veille réglementaire et sectorielle sur les risques émergents (ESG, cybersécurité, géopolitique, etc.) ;
- Participer aux revues stratégiques et aux projets de transformation ou d'investissement.
- Solide compréhension des méthodologies de risk management (COSO, ISO 31000, etc.) ;
- Maîtrise des risques financiers et des outils d'analyse associés ;
- Excellente capacité d'analyse stratégique et financière ;
- Connaissance des normes comptables (IFRS) et du contrôle interne appréciée ;
- Aisance avec les outils de modélisation (Excel avancé, Power BI, etc.).
- Capacité à vulgariser les enjeux de risque pour les parties prenantes ;
- Expérience avérée en cabinet d'audit ou de conseil (Big 4 ou équivalent) appréciée pour la rigueur méthodologique ;
- Expérience dans un environnement multiculturel ou international est un plus
