The Senior Financial Controller (FP&A) will be responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities. This role will work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and support informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

What you bring 

•Assist in developing and maintaining financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

•Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

•Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).

•Support the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to ensure accurate and realistic budget submissions.

•Monitor and update forecasts regularly, reflecting changes in business conditions and strategic priorities.

•Provide recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

•Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.

•Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

•Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process.

•Support business leaders in strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and new business opportunities.

•Work collaboratively with finance team members locally and at group level to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

What You Do 

•Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are a plus.

•Easy-going personality with a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.

•Being assertive, proactive, takes initiative, and is a "doer" who gets things done.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Comfortable working with higher management and able to effectively communicate financial insights.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
