Au cœur des activités IT d'OINIS et de l'IT pour les opérations (ITofOPS), l'entité IT of Ops assure la mise en œuvre et la gestion des applications qui supportent les processus de supervision & monitoring des assets d'OINIS & d'Orange Wholesale International.
Dans un contexte multiculturel, au sein d'OINIS, vous allez rejoindre une équipe spécialisée dans :
- la conception des solutions informatiques,
- leur développement et leur mise en œuvre,
- les tests de validation,
- et leur mise en production
Votre mission
Au sein d'une équipe transverse, vous serez partie prenante dans la conception technique des solutions de supervision/monitoring et plus globalement des applications à destination des opérationnels (:80 applications).
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles, les équipes en charge du développement (au sein du département IT of Ops), ainsi que les architectes du système d'information (département Architecture d'OINIS IT).
Au cœur du projet de la consolidation du SI d'OINIS, de nombreux projets de rationalisation des applications sont en cours.
Vos missions seront de
- Garantir la cohérence fonctionnelle des futures évolutions,
- Participer aux chantiers de rationalisation en apportant sa connaissance fonctionnelle du domaine applicatif
- Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles
- Garantir le bon fonctionnement applicatif
Activités du poste
Vos piloterez, pour le département, les activités suivantes :
- Analyse des expressions de besoin métiers et techniques
- Rédaction de la proposition de solution bout en bout
- Spécification des évolutions pour l'ensemble du domaine
- Validation des solutions de bout en bout
- Support aux équipes métiers
Compétences recherchées
Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projet informatique
Vous aimez le travail en équipe et vous êtes sensible à la qualité de service vers nos clients
Vous avez d'excellentes capacités d'analyse, de conception et d'organisation
Vous avez une aptitude à communiquer, des capacités de coordination transverses et d'écoute
Vous êtes autonome, curieux, rigoureux et proactif
Vous avez de l'appétence pour travailler dans un contexte agile
Vous maîtrisez l'anglais.
