About the Role

We are seeking a Leasing Agent & Client Relations Specialist to help Canadian property managers rent units faster and provide tenants with excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish property listings across online platforms
  • Respond to tenant inquiries via phone, email, and SMS
  • Schedule and confirm property visits, coordinating with Canadian teams
  • Follow up with leads after visits and assist with tenant screening
  • Support lease signing and move-in process (digital platforms such as DocuSign, Buildium)

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English (spoken & written) – mandatory
  • French is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive
  • Comfortable with digital tools (training provided)
