Full-Time Instructors and Engineers
who are passionate about
teaching technology, guiding youth, and building the next generation of digital talent.
You'll join a pioneering team shaping Morocco's digital education ecosystem by delivering practical, industry-driven training programs in software engineering, artificial intelligence, and data science.

We are recruiting experienced professionals for the following roles:
- Full Stack Development Instructor
- DevOps Instructor
- Data Analyst Instructor
- AI Engineer Instructor
- AI & Data Science Instructor
- Data Engineer Instructor
- Machine Learning Instructor
- AI Agents & Applied AI Instructor
Your Responsibilities
- Design and deliver hands-on training programs in your field of expertise.
- Guide students through real-world projects, coding exercises, and capstone assignments.
- Develop curriculum materials and learning roadmaps aligned with global standards.
- Support learners through mentorship and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with NIIAT's pedagogical and innovation teams to enhance learning quality.
- Contribute to building Morocco's first network of youth-focused tech innovation hubs.
Candidate Profile
We're seeking
experienced educators and engineers
with a strong background in technology and a passion for teaching.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in software or data-driven roles.
- Demonstrated experience in
teaching, training, or mentoring
within a technical context. - Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Familiarity with project-based or competency-based learning models.
- Fluency in
Arabic and/or French
; English is an asset.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in one or more of:
- Python, JavaScript ), Java, Go, or Rust
- SQL, NoSQL, and Data Pipelines
- Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI API)
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps pipelines
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
