Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise to support product promotion and market expansion, with a focus on hardware-related solutions.
Work closely with the sales team to understand market needs, learn relevant technologies, introduce products to new customer projects, offer technical training, and supply necessary documentation throughout the R&D and project evaluation stages.
Perform troubleshooting, fault analysis, and resolution of complex technical issues after product deployment.
Gather market insights and customer feedback, supporting product managers in preparing market analysis reports.
Visit customers for technical discussions, service follow-ups, and solution-oriented communication.
Service analysis to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Assist in the delivery of new equipment to customers, including testing, debugging, resolving various problems encountered during delivery, and providing technical training to customers.
Assist customers in analyzing various problems encountered in application and finding the root cause. Case handling and providing timely and effective solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in telecommunications, computer science, or a related field.
Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Arabic is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and capability to coordinate resources effectively.
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to review work regularly and summarize key findings.
1–2 years of demonstrated experience in the telematics field, including fleet management or GPS tracking applications.
Willingness and ability to travel for business trips, exhibitions, and customer visits across Africa and the Middle East.
